Quantum Electronics is the English edition of the Russian journal Kvantovaya Elektronika, founded in 1971, by the Nobel Prize laureate, Nikolay G. Basov, and publishing letters, articles, discussions, and reviews in all aspects of laser research and its applications.

The manuscripts submitted to publish in the Quantum Electronics will undergo full peer review and should correspond requirements of the journal (see Manuscript preparation guidelines).
The manuscript title, full author list and short abstract should be submitted to MPLP Program Committee by mail (mplp2021@gmail.com) by August 27 for indication your intention to send us the manuscript and for agreement with the QE editors to reserve the issue of the journal for publishing materials of MPLP’21 symposium.
The final version of your manuscript should be submitted by mail to us (mplp2021@gmail.com) by September 20. The set of documents and your manuscripts will be submitted by us to the QE editors for review and publication. The special issue will be published in the beginning of 2022.
The submitted manuscripts can be written in Russian or English.
